Pursuant to the decision made by the General Shareholders Meeting of BRE Bank on 16 March 2009, PricewaterhouseCoopers sp. z o.o. was appointed auditor of financial statements of BRE Bank and the BRE Bank Group for 2009.

In 2010, the General Shareholders Meeting once again decided to entrust this function to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
