Polfactor is a joint stock company established in 1995 by BRE Bank and the Austrian Intermarket Bank AG.

Polfactor provides factoring services such as domestic factoring including: recourse factoring, non-recourse factoring, as well as export non-recourse factoring and import credit covers. Its offer is addressed mainly to businesses producing and trading in general purpose goods in Poland and abroad .

In 2003 the company’s market share in the Polish factoring market was ca. 11%.
